2) Based on the WBS, build a Gantt Chart of your Pro
ject. For each event evaluate early and late start, early and late finish. Find duration of the Project and critical path. 30 points
* We recommend you to use the tools that have been discussed during the seminars (see the slides).
3) Create a responsibility assignment matrix of your Project (use the Template). 20 points
* We recommend you to use the tools that have been discussed during the last seminar (see the slides "Project Team").
4) Provide Project risks analysis: a) identify possible risks of your Project; b) assess the risks and prioritize the list of risks; c) suggest the plan (or actions) how to deal with each risk. 30 points
* We recommend you to use the tools that have been discussed during the seminars (see the slides "Risk analysis" pp. 9-11).
In total: 100 points
To prepare your solutions, please use concepts and tools that have been disscused during our tutorials.
